REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Proven ability in building new, disruptive products/services and taking these to market establishing product market fit. (Start-up experience highly advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience of working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations, preferably with AGILE or other Project management qualification
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to identify the requirement to deliver the product/service and equally adept at solving complex problems and influencing teams and management to deliver them
  • Experience in communicating data to all organizational levels

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The Aftersales Digitisation team is part of the Aftersales Centre of excellence and has a strategic responsibility to support all digital projects and initiatives. In addition, this team will be responsible for ensuring all Aftersales data and analytics requirements are aligned and supported. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing the strategic roadmap of the aftersales division is being carried out with the use of systems websites and data.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum. Specialism in Project management/ Computer Science/business management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex systems projects.
  • Experience in E-commerce Projects.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry ideally aftersales.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of some Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, BIW, SAS or SAP Business Objects
