Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for both transforming and leading the team to perform the following activities:

  • Building relationships with key client’s back-office staff to drive retention
  • Be a key part of the service value proposition and support the proposition that the Wealth Distribution team is best in market
  • Support clients to drive back-office efficiencies and build best practice platform usage to support the advice process
  • Improve the quality of platform usage and knowledge of back-office staff and thereby reduce rework with the North Service Centre and reduce calls
  • Manage Transitions onto platform
  • Run 1-to-many training for back-office staff
  • Build a high-performance service cultur

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry - advice, marketing, distribution, product and operations
  • High level of business and commercial acumen and strong business planning and execution skills
  • People leadership and transformation experience / leading high performing teams
  • Sales enablement experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across multiple projects
  • Change management skills and ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient can-do attitude and a passion for best practice and driving change
