This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to inspire, lead and develop a successful curriculum area which is growing year on year.
The successful applicant will be responsible for line managing staff within the division and working closely with the cross-college Heads of Division and Heads of Student Support to ensure that all learners achieve their full potential, progressing to employment and/or further study. The successful candidate will be responsible for manging a range of different courses from in A Level Science, Maths and Psychology.
The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates. Successful candidates will get the opportunity to attain a professional teaching qualification as part of the role this will include continuous professional development.
