Establish and operate a cross-functional cultural champion program with a focus on designing and nurturing Verily’s culture, routines and rituals. Serve as HR’s primary partner to the company’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and their Executive Sponsors to help guide focus and awareness in the organization.
  • Community & Partnerships: Serve as PACT point of contact for the company’s Health Equity Center of Excellence, ensuring connection to and acceleration of efforts to embed health equity principles and practices across our business. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, community groups, and industry partners to support employee experience and VIBE efforts.
