Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Tax Director, the Head of Employment Tax will have responsibility for leading the business’ approach to UK and international employment tax issues. This includes: demonstrated expertise to drive the development of strategy; contributing to business policies (within and beyond the tax team); and continuous development of processes and/or checks to ensure consistency in the way we approach employment tax issues.
The role will oversee an Employment Tax Manager and, working as a team, will liaise with payroll, people/reward and legal functions at a senior level to promote awareness of tax issues and changes.
