Head of Engineering and Product Development . My client is looking to hire a new leader for the product engineering team. You will develop the strategy and direct the team to ensure our products continue to develop in robust and innovative ways that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

• Define, align the vision and drive the strategy and roadmap for the entire product portfolio.
• Lead our team of product owners, product managers and engineers.
• Help the leadership team manage our strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, particularly company sales, marketing, and project delivery functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with project and business objectives.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products in line with the company ISO 9001 standards and QMS.
• Represent the engineering team in leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
