We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of Floating Marinas and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our engineering department. This role is crucial for driving excellence in our multidisciplinary team, which includes:

• Naval Architects
• Structural Engineers
• BIM and AutoCAD Designers
• Draftsmen
• Surveyors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant areas such as structural engineering, naval architecture, and design software (BIM/AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  Marine experience is mandatory. Candidate who are ready to commute or willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain are welcome to apply
