YOUR MISSION:

Parloa is building the leading Customer-Center-as-a-Service solution, but we like to use more purpose-led wording: Parloa wants to make people’s lives easier, whether they are customers or customer service. We are pushing technological limits so that every customer interaction can be as easy as talking to a friend. We have grown our business, we have grown our team, and now we are looking for a Head of Product Platform to join us on this once-in-a-lifetime journey to lead our efforts in the product platform.
You will build and provide shared services to other teams. Platformization is at your heart, and you have a strong sense of enablement to accelerate the development of other engineers.
You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters innovation, inclusivity, and growth.
