REQUIREMENTS
- Worked at a FinTech startup and was exposed to scaling usage of horizontal products.
- 5+ Years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
- At least 2+ years experience in leadership of engineering teams.
- Experience hiring and building world-class distributed/remote engineering teams.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation to iteration.
- Strong academic background in computer science or related fields.
- Experience managing senior leaders and balancing competing organizational needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to drive and execute the product vision and technology roadmap, responsible for leading the engineering team at Radilink.
You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Design and implement architecting of the Radilink platform.
- Oversee the security of the organization and product ecosystem broadly.
- Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences to growing high quality and velocity.
- Work closely with the Product team to foresee their needs on the platform/Infrastructure side and manage the team’s capacity on the Platform.
- Ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
- Act as a mentor to team members.
- Manage technology budgets and time frames.
- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
