Job Description
We are looking for the Head of Enterprise Apps & Solutions to lead the management of all business applications and delivery teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that all business applications align with the organization’s needs and goals. This position requires a deep understanding of software development, team leadership, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, development, and management of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Align enterprise applications with business goals for seamless, efficient operations.
  • Oversee the entire application lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, upgrades, decommissioning).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize system enhancements or new solutions.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to enforce standards and best practices.
  • Manage selection and implementation of new technologies aligned with business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Oversee system implementations, managing resources, timelines, and risks.
  • Ensure effective testing, training, and change management during upgrades.
  • Track and report performance and ROI of all enterprise application initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and system integrators.
  • Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • Mentor and develop the Enterprise Applications & Solutions team.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units.
  • Drive operational improvements and efficiencies through technology and automation.
  • Monitor application performance for availability, security, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements, adopting emerging technologies and digital transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on enterprise applications or solutions delivery.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing large-scale ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, and data flows between enterprise applications.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS) and hybrid environments.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, and leveraging technology to improve business efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good English level.
