As Head of Enterprise Architecture you will define and document the target state technology landscape, ensuring it supports the overall business strategy and enables product innovation. You will develop and maintain architecture frameworks, standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across a growing enterprise. You will:
- Develop and communicate a clear technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and product strategy.
- Utilize Wardley Mapping techniques to understand the current state of the enterprise technology suite, identify strategic opportunities, and guide decision-making.
- Apply domain-driven design principles to align the technology architecture with business domains and ensure scalability and flexibility.
- Define and document the target state technology landscape, ensuring it supports the business strategy and enables product innovation.
- Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the enterprise and put into place a governance structure to ensure compliance
- Lead and mentor the enterprise architecture team
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure architecture initiatives align with business priorities and receive necessary support.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
LOCATION
Great central location in Norwest Business Park, Norwest, only a short walk from Norwest Metro station and also direct bus access from Parramatta and Blacktown.
