At CityLab, we embrace a fresh perspective on change management, with a strong emphasis on human-centred change. Our focus is on ensuring that people are at the heart of every transformation process, fostering positive outcomes for both the organisation and its employees.
This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team of four professionals to execute large-scale change initiatives across the organisation.
