Description:
Here at evoke, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for building a top-tier risk management culture by developing an ERM framework that aligns with our business goals, effectively managing risk exposure, and turning risks into business opportunities.
You’ll play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks in product development and technology, while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic decisions, drive resilience, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in enterprise risk management, ideally in a leadership role within a similar industry
- Extensive knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, including technology, information security, and data privacy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written), with a talent for effective presentations at executive level
- Skilled in analysing complex data to drive strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the ERM strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices, focusing on product development and technology
- Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks related to new products, technology advancements, and market dynamics
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures to reduce exposure and leverage opportunities throughout the product lifecycle and technology infrastructure
- Create reporting mechanisms, including key risk indicators, to monitor and report on risk exposures, trends, and mitigation efforts to senior management and the board
- Work with various teams to convey risk insights and support informed decision-making
- Foster a risk-aware culture by providing training and guidance on best practices and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations, cybersecurity standards, and technological compliance requirements
- Contribute to strategic decisions to enhance resilience and competitive advantage in a dynamic environment
