We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Enterprise Sourcing Onboarding Operations to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary and is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Manage the daily processing of purchase orders, sanctions screening of third parties, and partner with Accounts payable to resolve any payment escalations.
Assess current processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes, partner with neighboring functions to improve end to end process automation.
Develop partnership with working groups across BNY who are leading activities related to application/workflow design, risk assessment, market data inventory, and contingent workforce management
Design and operate the processes for overseeing a third parties and vendors associated with BNYM undergoing an acquisition, merger, or divestiture
Develop sourcing tear sheets for each Lines of Business and Corporate function to be leveraged in business development responsibilities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ten or more years’ experience in operations management within the financial industry with exceptional knowledge of regulatory landscape.
Strong knowledge of procurement sourcing technology products, and operational processes and design.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior management.
A strategic thinker that is highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to handle management of multiple teams/functions.
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and confident in designing/developing/delivering presentation materials.
