Description:
Job Opportunity: Head of Estate Development
We are excited to offer a key leadership role at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as Head of Estate Development. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the estate and capital development agenda at a pivotal time for the organisation, as we work toward our vision of healthier communities and outstanding care for all.
In this role, you will lead a professional, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that our estate remains safe, clean, secure, compliant, and future-proofed to support outstanding patient care. You will oversee the delivery of all capital and minor works schemes, land and property management, and space planning within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Providing senior leadership and technical advice on estate development
Managing and guiding the team to deliver high-quality capital projects
Collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical leaders to support the Trust’s objective
This role is fundamental to the success of our estate development agenda, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Trust.
