As part of our progress, we have also created a new post of Head of Service, FM and Compliance to ensure that are buildings continue to offer the best possible environment for our staff, customers and partners. We have already made significant progress on understanding our operational needs and have worked to rationalise our estate, making better use of the space that we have, allowing us to invite other Public Sector Services into our buildings, including the Police, NHS England and the Local Integrated Care Board.

You will be working across Property & Facilities, supporting our Property, Schools PFI and Climate Teams in delivering a range of projects and activities as well as working with other services within the Council, supporting delivery of a range of high priority projects and providing advice and support in building Compliance to a range of service areas.
