Responsibilities:
MO TE TŪRANGA | ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of FCO Data & Reporting, you will spearhead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) reporting function. You will collaborate closely with the Data and Analytics department to enhance our data environment and drive actionable insights critical for our stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead effective and robust FC reporting to drive insights for FCO and stakeholders.
- Enhance the FCO data environment through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and learning.
- Strategically manage workforce planning and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
- Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance team morale and performance.
- Provide strong people leadership, ensuring career development and performance objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with policies, risks, controls, and health & safety requirements.
- Drive technical leadership and knowledge sharing within the team to foster a continuous learning culture.
