ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions is a joint venture between ANZ Banking Group and Europe’s leading payment technology company, Worldline.
We launched in Australia in early 2022, providing in-store and ecommerce payment solutions to around 60,000 Australian businesses. Since then we’ve built a new modern technology platform to enable an exciting roadmap of products and solutions that we began launching in Australia in 2023 and continues to develop.

SKILLS WE CAN’T DO WITHOUT:

  • Previous team leadership experience (2 years)
  • Experience in financial services / payments industry (2 years)
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting (tools include Power BI, MS Access)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience both internal and external
  • An understanding of logistics and supply chain management

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direction and leadership to the team including responsibility for 1:1s, performance management, workflow management and reporting
  • Oversight of stock reporting, providing recommendations to the broader business around cost, asset management and forecasting
  • Evaluation of logistic services, ensuring agreed KPIs are met and costs are managed
  • Definition, implementation and ownership of supply chain management processes and strategy
  • Leading the engagement with logistics partners to drive positive business and customer outcomes
  • Participation in relevant internal committees including: Product Management, Sales, Forecasting, Customer Services and Finance
  • Completing and presenting on any relevant reporting as applicable to both local and global stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities across the e2e value chain and working with relevant teams to implement and report on benefits
  • Manage offshore relationships to ensure service quality and continuity
  • Providing subject matter input to various projects that impact the teams
