Job Summary:
The Head of Field Marketing in the Americas will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This role demands a strategic visionary with strong creativity, sales collaboration skills, event management expertise, and leadership capabilities. The goal is to enhance brand visibility and support revenue growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Development: Create and implement integrated field and partner marketing campaigns tailored to regional needs. Focus on driving demand generation, acquiring new clients, and expanding business within existing accounts to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with sales and client success leaders to ensure alignment of global field and partner marketing priorities. Allocate resources effectively to support both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion strategies.
- Sales and Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and partners. Design and execute joint marketing initiatives that have a global impact, with a balanced approach to attracting new clients and deepening existing customer relationships.
- Content Creation: Work closely with demand generation and portfolio/product marketing teams to create compelling content. This includes customer success stories, case studies that highlight both new logo wins and successful expansion within existing accounts, and joint value presentations.
- Event Management: Plan and manage regional and national events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and trade shows. Focus on boosting brand awareness, generating new leads, and nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive further engagement and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Use this data to refine field marketing strategies that address both acquisition and expansion goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies. Manage the budget for field and partner marketing initiatives to ensure effective use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years in field marketing, preferably within financial services. Experience in SaaS is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services sector and its challenges, with a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive both new business and expand existing accounts.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in planning and executing field marketing strategies that achieve lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $215,000, +bonus and RSUs, based on market analysis and relevant factors
