• Salary/Hourly rate: £50,000 - £55,000 (pro rata for part time working)
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Inverness/Hybrid Working
• Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week) or Part time, and flexible working arrangements

  Highland Home Carers is currently recruiting for a Head of Finance and Information.
  This role will work closely with the Managing Director, Director of Operations, Director of HR & Workforce Development and senior colleagues. Organisational performance management is a key component of this role, as is leadership across the organisation, and management of volume and financial targets for operational services. The Head of Finance and Information will be responsible for the management and positive development of a range of operational relationships external to the company, working with other agencies in support of mutually beneficial approaches to our role and scope.
  You don’t need sector experience, but you will have senior experience working in a large complex environment with a turnover of at least £3 million. You will be a qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
