Head of Finance, Business Partnering, International

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a member of the International Commercial Operations Leadership team, you will assume a strategic role in the management of the region by helping the business develop, execute and achieve its financial and operational goals by providing decision support and financial counsel while integrating and using the COE services of the newly expanded FP&A, Analytics, and Reporting teams.
You will help guide and support the financial success of CSL Behring’s activities in the team’s biggest region, which includes all markets except the US. This position requires a unique combination of financial expertise, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a track to partner with their commercial teams and achieve growth in a highly regulated and dynamic industry.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• BS, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• MBA preferred; CPA/CMA desirable.
• 12+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance, leading and managing teams and/or large projects in a Global or Regional Pharma / biotech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence executive leadership and to foster a culture of agile decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Diverse experience across Operations, Commercial, R&D, Affiliate, and/or Corporate Finance desirable.
