HEAD OF FINANCE

Our Head of Finance will be responsible for leading all our financial operations from our Worcester Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company.
  • Provide leadership to the finance department team.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
  • Engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
  • Review, understand and document product costing process end to end and drive improvements / alternative approaches.
  • Ensure monthly closing processes are accomplished with accuracy and completed in accordance with reporting timelines.
  • Perform accounting activities in compliance with financial, regulatory, and internal accounting policies and guidelines.
