About the role:
As the Head of Finance, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team and report directly to the CFO. You will lead the development and execution of our finance strategy, ensuring that financial operations are optimized, risk management is robust, and financial goals align with Hexarad’s overall objectives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiencies, and maintain a culture of accountability, which is essential to the company’s continued growth and success.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the company
- Preparation of the group monthly management accounts
- Lead on the production of the statutory accounts & report and year-end audit
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborating with various departments to develop financial plans
- Managing the existing P&L and cash flow model
- Responsible for operational processes, including monthly payroll, management reporting, cash reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable and VAT returns.
- Oversee treasury management, including cash flow forecasting
- Responsible for the Tax compliance
- Control the annual R&D Tax Credit submission, partner with the tech team to draft the technical report and compile the financial data.
- Manage financial risk within the organisation
- M&A accounting and integrationLead and mentor a team of finance professionals
