We are looking for a solid Finance professional to provide strategic financial guidance to the organisation, ensuring growth and sustainability.
Working closely with the GM and reporting the CEO the Head of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for + 60 different entities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements,reports and audit documents for management
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts, project funding and loan drawdowns.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimise financial performance and drive business growth.
- Ensuring all statutory obligations are met in relation to Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Insurance etc
- Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals and deliverables
- Continious improvement and automation of financial processes
- Regular assessment of bank loans, interest and overdraft rates and relavant negotiations with Bankers and Financial Institutions
