Description:
SDR is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance reporting to the CEO to join its head office team of 9 in Falmer, Brighton. SDR is a creative and ethical family-owned housing and care business set up in 2018. The company now has 150+ staff across the South of England and a turnover of £10m+. Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of our financial strategy
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Overseeing bookkeeping, invoicing, and payrolls
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Budget setting, management and production of budget reports
- Cashflow forecasting and financial reporting
- Support company presentations (e.g. debt funding applications)
- Support financial due diligence on corporate acquisitions and business plans
- VAT compliance
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Assisting external audits
- Line manage Finance Assistant
