Job Title: Head of Finance
Location: Dublin
Reports To: CFO EMEA and local reporting into Ireland Executive Team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be qualified with an accounting qualification.
  • Strong communicator
  • Independent worker
  • Project management, and organization skills
  • Experience of SAP would be advantageous.
  • Experience in use of ERP systems
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the entire Finance Team
  • Ensure month end is complete and closed on a timely manner of 3 business days.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and other reports.
  • Ensure that all monthly VAT returns are completed and filed.
  • Review all WIP calculations during month end.
  • Prepare monthly and year end closing.
  • Responsible for the assets and prepare assets journals from the GL to the SCC
  • Ensure that annual audits (year-end and interim) from our Auditors are completed timely.
  • Liaise with the banks and regulators as appropriate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the finance team.
  • Complete review of the team and ensure all inefficiencies are noted and any improvements / recommendations brought to the CFO, CEO and CCO.
