Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team in making critical business decisions with accurate and timely data driven insights and reports.
  • Plan, implement and oversee the overall finance strategy that supports the short and long-term goals, including but not limited to the revenue growth, profitability, and cash management.
  • Asist in continuous improvement of financial policies, practices, reporting and planning processes.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial projections and following the achievement of targets with department managers.
  • Oversee the monthly financial statement close process and coordinate the timely and accurate preparation/review of the monthly financial reporting packages for management and other stakeholders.
  • Together with the General Manager, approve sales price, CapEx, OpEx and financial T/C’s while considering financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.Partner and collaborate with other Finance teams and internal departments to gather/
  • information necessary to support financial results.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team members while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth
