EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Experience leading a financial operations team, dealing with high volume invoicing solutions.
- A logical thinker, able to problem solve and use technical experience to continuously evolve.
- Able to demonstrate management and improvement of a Financial Operations environment.
- Demonstrate development and growth of an operations team.
- Demonstrate successful project management including key stakeholder engagement, feedback and delivery.
- Experience interacting across the organisation with various stakeholders, with a shown ability to build and develop business relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Embraces and drives change.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of an experienced financial operations team
- Continuously develop our control environment so customer invoicing is timely, clear and accurate
- Ensuring operational rigour and flexibility to ensure invoicing is delivered routinely on time.
- Developing additional processes and operations to minimise revenue leakage, driving revenue assurance and billing completeness.
- With a customer centric approach, driving change to deliver a simple, clear customer experience in terms of how they receive, view and pay their invoices.
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and implementation of invoicing templates are both brand and regulatory compliant.
- Working closely with our business operations, credit, sales and finance teams
