To support us in the field of engineering, we are looking for a person with management experience, professional experience, reliability and commitment.
As part of dynamic, modern product development, you will lead the group of firmware developers and be the contact person and interface for questions from other departments. In addition, you will work in a team with other development engineers as a Senior Firmware Developer.
Tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

• MSc oder BSc in Electrical Engineering oder Information Technology
• More than 5 years of experience in the profession, personnel and technical management as well as project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills, prioritization, and a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and technical regulations related to RF and MW products
• Experience in real-time programming, good programming knowledge in C/C++, knowledge of Linux operating system and API, deep understanding of digital signal processing Fluent in German and English
