Description:
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly
Sales Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets
- Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and closing of deals
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Negotiate and finalise high-value contracts with fleet customers
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the wider Commercial teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals
- Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistency in sales approaches and customer service.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the global fleet sales budget
- Reporting and Analysis
