£65000 per annum

Overview
The O2 Arena is the world’s most popular music venue, owned by AEG, it is the home of entertainment in London. With up to 200 plus incredible events a year including the Brits Awards, no day is ever the same and, Levy UK&I is proud to be the exclusive catering provider within the arena providing food and beverage.
This a fabulous opportunity for an accomplished food and beverage professional. To inspire and lead a team of up to 400 people. Optimising the sales and profitability of each outlet underpinned by a structured approach, to focus on compliance with relevant company policies, standards, and employment principles.
This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake, it may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances and business priorities. It does not form part of your contract of employment.

The specific remit of this role covers:

  • Oversee on estimated £16m through diverse food and beverage operations during 200+ shows per year.
  • Forward thinking, creating innovative retail strategies and presenting periodic updates to client SLT.
  • Overseeing all projects from an operational perspective, ensuring that all deadlines are met and work delivered to the agreed standard.
  • Ensuring consistent and exceptional service standards to achieve and exceed department targets and grow our reputation for legendary customer service.
  • Oversee and ensure that all services within remit are ready for operation at specific time and to the agreed standard (up to 22 food bars and beverage outlets).
  • Close and detailed liaison with 3 HOD’s and their management team to plan and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Regular monitoring and development of each department to ensure that food & beverage quality, presentation, and standards are in place.
  • Liaison with 3rd party supplier and contractors to underpin effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain the Health and Safety policy, process, and culture across your departments.
  • To provide direct liaison with management team to ensure that communication and expectations are clear.
  • Share and act on client and customer feedback continually.
