The Head of Fulfilment & Delivery will lead the e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery capability for the Group. This pivotal role entails overseeing all aspects of our customer fulfilment network, ensuring timely, efficient, and precise delivery of products/services to our customers and retail stores.
The scope of this role includes overseeing the operations of the LANGTONS warehouse, Customer Fulfilment Centres, Subscription warehouse, and the Cross-dock Depots. Additionally, this role holds accountability for the Group’s in-house transport businesses, and the management of our third party providers.
The Head of Fulfilment & Delivery sits on the Supply Chain Leadership Team and leads the development and strategic direction of our ‘carton delivery’ network, be that to Customer or to our stores and venues. The role is required to engage and collaborate with the Technology and EDX Teams, as well as maintain close working relationships with our retail Brands, Store Ops and e-commerce Teams.

- Lead the evolution of the Endeavour fulfilment network, strategically steering its development.
- Cultivate the positive Customer First culture in the Delivery & Fulfilment Team.
- Represent the Supply Chain function in senior forums, fostering strong stakeholder relationships across various divisions within the group.
- Assume P&L responsibility for the Fulfilment and Delivery network, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Own the capital and technology plan for the Fulfilment and Delivery segment of the business, managing the prioritisation, and driving innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee the LANGTONS warehouse, Customer Fulfilment Centres, the Subscription warehouse, and Cross-dock Depots to ensure a productive and safety first culture.
- Responsibility for Endeavour’s inhouse Delivery businesses (FLIP and Endeavour Delivery) and their service and cost competitiveness against the market.
- Uphold high standards of efficiency and accuracy in product/service delivery to customers and our retail stores/venues.
- Responsibility for Last Mile delivery responsible service and compliance for the Group, working closely with the Legal, Licencing and Government Relations Teams.
- Drive the development of order visibility and Customer certainty in the Fulfilment Network, working closely with the Customer Experience Teams in EDX.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to align Fulfilment and Delivery strategies with broader Team and organisational objectives.
Qualifications

- Deep strategic leadership experience in fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in strategy formation and the ability to lead transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive level including presenting and running meetings/workshops
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing capital and technology plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a large and diverse Team remotely.
