Leadership and Team Management: lead and manage a team of machine tool application specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with the global business strategy
Application Development and CRM Integration: coordinate the application specialist team to develop applications that showcase the benefits of GF MS products, integrating CRM systems to document and share data-driven insights.
Global Community Building: establish and nurture a global GF MS application engineering community, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among application engineers, and creating processes for sharing best practices.
Collaboration with Centers of Competence (CoC): maintain regular communication and collaboration with worldwide centers of competence to align global initiatives with regional goals.
Performance Monitoring and Budget Management: oversee quarterly reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation across projects and initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with expertise in the machine tool industry, market trends, competitor products and GF MS technologies.
Experience in leading global teams and cross-functional collaboration, with excellent communication and community-building skills.
Strategic and Innovative Mindset: experience in program management and application engineering.
Fluent in English, with German as a nice-to-have
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
