Description:
DESCRIPTION
The Head of Global Learning and Content will lead the development and implementation of learning curricula, leveraging technology to enhance educational experiences. This role combines instructional design expertise with a strong focus on incorporating innovative technologies to create engaging and effective learning solutions.
Within this role you will lead the creation of engaging, innovative, and impactful learning experiences across various formats, including digital, in-person, and blended learning that align with ELEMIS business objectives.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Minimum of 5 years in learning and development Instructional design or content management
- Instructional Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Digital Learning Proficiency: Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and emerging learning technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs across various modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning.
- Strong background in content strategy and development, particularly for adult learning in a corporate environment.
- Strong Project Management skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic learning framework that aligns with the ELEMIS mission, vision, and business objectives
- Utilise various instructional methods, multimedia, and interactive elements to cater to different learning styles
- Develop training programs to empower the learner with in-depth product knowledge, treatment and effective sales techniques
- Ensure that all skincare-related learning initiatives comply with industry regulations and standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of content developers and administrator, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, utilizing data analytics to inform continuous improvement
