Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Global Operations for a Voltaira affiliate drive our strategic and operational goals of our international sites. If you are a passionate leader with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainability, we look forward to your application. Your responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the operational activities of the Voltaira affiliate in collaboration with our functional heads leading our businesses
  • Coordinate and implement the global operations strategy, including LEAN organization, Six Sigma, and automation projects
  • Promote digitalization and automation on the shopfloor to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure the industrialization of new projects, considering LEAN principles and CO₂ neutrality
  • Lead and support global site planning and strategic alignment
  • Focus on financial stability, KPI optimization, and efficient reporting
  • Proactively adjust resources and processes in response to market changes
  • Support CSR initiatives and continuously improve global infrastructure
