What are we looking for?
Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will manage operational aspects of Global Patient Services staff. You will help deliver the vision of a globally integrated healthcare system, build and maintain strong relationships with Cleveland Clinic GPS locations and works collaboratively with the CCL leadership team, under the direction of the Director of GPS and accountability of CCL’s Chief Commercial Officer.

What will your duties include?

  • Oversight of the operational aspects of international program and oversees all sub teams staff
  • Assists the Chief Commercial Officer in the relationship management of current and potential stakeholders while continuously seeking opportunities to develop/nurture patient referrals, new business prospects, program expansion (both geographic breadth and scope of services), and further growth of patient volumes for international patients.
  • Oversight of interpretation services for Cleveland Clinic London
  • Oversight of the international patient pathway and ensures a smooth experience from arrival to CCL through discharge and any associated after care.
  • Directs the selection and assignment of new employees, performance evaluations and management.
  • Assures caregiver’s full compliance with all international program processes and policies.
  • Acts as the liaison between physicians, mediating personnel and departments, facilitating special requests as required.
  • Serves on relevant committees to ensure the processes and requirements of GPS are considered and implemented.
  • Leading on embassy relations and new business related to the embassy market
  • To be responsible for the departments budgets and finances
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Arabic speaking is essential
  • Significant experience of related work experience, including management experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a Global Patient Services/International team in Healthcare is essential
  • Demonstrable experience with Embassies and stakeholder management is essential
