You will be working in an international network building a dynamic and ambitious working environment where growth is our constant focus. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with significant travel requirements. Ideally, you will be based in Germany, France, or Spain.

ABOUT US

Adragos Pharma was founded in 2020 to build a leading global CDMO player in the Small Molecule space. We are pursuing an ambitious Buy&Build growth strategy: within the next three-five years, we will acquire and integrate pharmaceutical production sites in Europe and North America to become a market leader in the CDMO segment.
CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), produce approx. 25% of drugs that are available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow.
Since 2020, we grew the team from three to more than 700 people, partnered with Scandinavian PE, FSN Capital, and a leading German Family Office, Prange Group.
