Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Americas Regional Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives to drive business growth
  • Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and motivation to excel. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity and innovation
  • Business & Financial Management: Oversee sales activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective measures
  • Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage regional and country-specific strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Optimize product life cycles to maximize revenue and market penetration
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate cooperation between sales and other business units, including marketing, product development, and operations, ensuring alignment on business goals
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for key sales partners. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including directors, management, and external partners, to drive success
  • Due Diligence & Reporting: Lead due diligence processes for the region, ensuring accurate reporting. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning
