Head of Global Talent Acquisition
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global talent strategy. This leadership position requires a strategic visionary who can align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all regions. As the leader of Talent Acquisition, you will establish and expand the function as a global center of expertise, serving as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, HR, and business leaders.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient talent pipeline management systems, supporting critical hires, and using data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment strategies. Your role will involve overseeing global onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners, and leading the European Recruiting team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will monitor recruitment metrics, analyze market trends, and manage relationships with external vendors to maximize resource efficiency. This role demands a leader with a strong track record in global talent acquisition, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to drive initiatives in a complex, international environment.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent aligned with company needs globally.
  • Establish and further expand Talent Acquisition as a global center of expertise
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Design and implement an efficient talent pipeline management, ensuring that talent pools for key roles are created and maintained globally
  • Lean in to support critical key position hiring, as needed
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment performance and trends, as needed
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee and provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interview techniques.
  • Research and analyze talent market trends and competitor practices
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize resources and costs.
  • Responsibility over the global onboarding processes, ensuring it is a smooth and valuable experience for new joiners
  • Lead and mentor the European Recruiting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Develop training programs to enhance the global team’s skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; MSc degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a regional or global leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership; ideally with previous exposure in international matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action.
  • English language proficiency; any additional languages are a plus
