About the team
The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee the development and continuous improvement of our global workforce allocation strategies and partnership portfolios. This role is crucial in increasing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with existing workflows. As a leader of the Global Workforce Strategy team, you will collaborate with various business units, providing local insights and developing processes to support the dynamic changes in the capacity forecast. Additionally, this role requires close coordination with partnership operations, capacity planning, and workflow management teams to ensure balanced decision-making and smooth strategy implementation.

Specifically, you will be expected to lead a globally distributed team across three different regions, responsible for:

  • Lead the team through quarterly workforce planning cycles, developing and managing allocation plans to address challenges caused by forecasting uncertainty and a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Engage and work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, procurement) to collect local insights, understand the potential risks, and find opportunities for cost avoidance and workforce optimization.
  • Work closely with the budget team to support the periodic development of tailored BPO budget plans and enforce their execution in compliance with the company’s financial and legal requirements.
  • Carry out BPO workforce analysis to envision the upcoming challenges in terms of languages, markets, and locations to support the growth of our business.
  • Oversee system/tool upgrades and implementation of new processes to improve the workforce and budget management.

Minimum Qualifications

What should I bring with me?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and advanced analytical skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, workflow management, and financial analyzing would be preferred; BPO.
  • Ability to build and lead a globally distributed high-performing team.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex projects including change management execution.
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to manage stakeholders across functions, countries, and levels of management.
