Responsibilities:
- You’ll create and implement strategic business development plans, that are insight led and aligned to our business strategy
- You’ll have the opportunity to productise our key employee engagement solutions and develop go to market plans
- You’ll thrive on having accountability for new business development, generating client leads, developing proposals in partnership with internal teams, and achieving business growth targets
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams including Consultancy, Strategy and Creative to generate business leads and ensure growth of the agency
- You’ll thrive building positive relationships with prospective clients
- You’ll thrive representing the agency at industry events
- You’ll network with the wider McCann Worldgroup teams to help identify opportunities where we can add greater value to existing client relationships
