Responsibilities:
- Design and build delightful user experience and product capabilities geared towards user acquisition and engagement
- Analyze usage data and market to uncover trends and opportunities to improve major business growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, or revenue)
- Develop and (in)validate hypotheses about customer behavior and design experiments to validate assumptions
- Closely monitor funnel metrics and cohort analyses to diagnose issues impacting growth
- Foster strong partnerships and ongoing collaboration with marketing, engineering, other product leads, and leadership, to align on growth strategies and execution
- Make high-impact decisions supporting global product strategy, contributing to the main CF product roadmap
