THE MISSION OF YOUR ROLE

Safello is on a journey to transform the financial industry for good. In an ambitious pursuit like this, we need ambitious talent to help us get there. As the Head of Growth, you will be instrumental in accelerating Safello’s growth trajectory and achieving key business objectives. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role places you at the center of our efforts to scale the business, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing growth marketing, data analysis, product development, partnerships, and customer insights. You will be a key player in shaping the company’s strategic direction and leading initiatives that fuel our expansion.
You will collaborate with all teams and be a part of Safello’s management team.

Your main responsibilities will include…

  • Leading the Growth Team: Oversee and mentor a team of professionals in growth marketing, analytics, partnerships, and product innovation.
  • Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies: Craft and execute data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Product Development: Work closely with product team to identify and prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
  • Managing Key Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including payment providers, affiliates, and other strategic collaborators.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, optimize monetization strategies, and expand Safello’s market presence.
  • Overseeing Analytics and Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

In order to succeed in the role we believe that you have….

  • A university degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in tech or fintech.
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses within the financial or technology sectors, ideally at a licensed company.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights
