Description:
Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 USD
Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience

Responsibilities:
Purpose of the role
As the Head of Growth at Specsavers, you will be at the forefront of driving our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across performance marketing, customer analytics, and product growth, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure the best possible experience for our customers while achieving significant growth milestones.
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, and you will be responsible for implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to drive growth and scale our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement a holistic growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Work closely with teams across product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies.
- Oversee Performance Marketing: Manage the performance marketing efforts (including SEM, paid social, and display advertising) to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Customer Retention and Engagement: Implement initiatives aimed at improving customer retention, cross-selling opportunities, and overall engagement.
- Utilize Data Analytics: Leverage customer data, A/B testing, and other analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better performance.
- Set Growth KPIs: Establish clear growth metrics and regularly report on progress to ensure that targets are being met.
- Drive Experimentation and Innovation: Encourage a culture of experimentation, continually testing and iterating on ideas to find the most effective growth levers.
