As the Head of Healthcare System Partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping this future. Your leadership will be key in forming strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, driving our high medical value testing solutions, and achieving our commercial objectives. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Account Management, you’ll lead a dedicated team to implement a commercial strategy that aligns with our ambitious business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or equivalent; advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) are advantageous.
- Valid UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel nationally as required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record as a transformational leader in a commercial setting, with experience leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in managing complex customer relationships, particularly within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of pathology and NHS policy initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders within a matrix organisation.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional commercial acumen, with deep knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape and diagnostics products.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving under pressure with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
