Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and closely supervise Sales-trading team covering North American clients on achieving assigned targets: Identify underperforming accounts & implement action plan to turn them around, ensure the facilitation of targets’ achievement.
  • Establish a monthly detailed reporting for the management team & assist Head of High-Touch distribution in setting up budget & targets
  • Develop a strong new business pipeline through existing contacts, strategic prospecting, industry event attendance, research
  • Coordinate with teams across our Equity Brokerage department (Sales, Electronic trading, ETF trading, High Touch Trading, Account management) to sell our execution platform globally
  • Meet regularly key decision makers at our clients (Head of Trading) to review relationship, identify areas of improvement, new business opportunities & provide detailed and formal feedbacks of these meetings to sales-traders involved and other departments across KCx
  • Ensure the desk is amply staffed and all personnel are working efficiently and based on internally set standards
  • Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and risk management policies and procedures and regulations.
  • Supervision and performance appraisal of all Sales-Traders covering North American accounts
  • Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethical trading to safeguard the client and the organization’s best interest.
