Sodexo Live! have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join our first-class team based at The Brick Community Stadium Wigan, home to Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors.
This is an exciting fast paced role. Your passion for organizational excellence will lead an entire team who pride themselves on delivering a high-quality service consistently. You will manage specific conference, events, match day hospitality and teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage Catering Services: Oversee daily catering operations at the venue; ensure food preparation and delivery meets dietary, safety, and Sodexo Live! standards.
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service: Work with the General Manager to build strong client relationships; ensure catering services meet contract requirements and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service within the team.
• Staff Recruitment and Management: Assist the Staffing Manager with recruitment, training, and managing catering staff.
• Ensure staff are well-trained in safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Compliance and Standards: Uphold Sodexo Live! health, safety, food hygiene, and security standards. Ensure all policies and regulations are strictly followed.
