Responsibilities:
The role of the Head of HR Germany is a business partner role and HR leader of 8 locations in Germany, your homebase will be in Hamburg. The Head of HR Germany must act as a bridge between the local and global framework and ensure that the business strategy is implemented. The Head of HR Germany must be able to build strong relationships with local business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer. Carrying out your role involves collaborating with the HR Director, HR advisors, Business Directors on business and HR related themes.
