Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that local Human Resources Operations services, Human Resources administration and Payroll are delivered in terms of timeliness, quality, budget and compliance
  • Overseeing the delivery processing of transactional work for Switzerland including monitoring service levels, quality checks and process compliance in the HRSSC
  • Developing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
  • Leading the team contribution to the development of new end to end transactional administration activities and service level agreements
  • Working together with the HR Operations Manager to design and implement standard policies, practices, processes and systems in alignment with business and local requirements
  • Collaborating with other Heads of HR Operations to create standardized process maps and SOPs
  • Managing the team to ensure the objectives are me
