Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about making an impact in the charity sector? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of HR & Training to lead our HR team, driving recruitment, training & development, and compliance with UK employment law. Reporting into the Director of Resources you will play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting staff well-being, and diversity and inclusion across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and talent management
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations
  • Lead learning and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
